Through the support of trained volunteers and staff members, the DVC offers a vital life-saving service that allows victims of domestic violence, concerned family and friends, and the community to reach out confidentially to receive information and referral services. Helpline volunteers are trained in crisis intervention, safety planning, and to provide information about DVC services.
