Crisis to Hope: The mission
of the DVC is to reduce the harm and
effects of domestic violence in Howard
County while working toward its elimination. All
of our services are based on a sliding
fee scale, or are free. No one is turned
away because of an inability to pay.
Our services are confidential and are
provided without regard to gender, age,
race, ethnicity, religion, disability
or sexual orientation.
